MyProtector Quantum Signals Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile application ("App"), website, or make payments via Apple Pay or other mechanisms.

For the purpose of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller is MyProtector Quantum Signals Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, username, and account credentials when you register on our app or website.

  • Transaction Data: If you purchase a subscription through Apple Pay or our website, we collect transaction identifiers, subscription status, and purchase history. (Note: Credit/debit card numbers processed via Apple Pay or web gateways are handled securely by third-party processors; we do not store full payment card details).

  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app crash logs, performance metrics, and information about how you interact with our App and website.

  • Legitimate Interests: To improve application performance, protect our systems against fraud or cyber threats, and offer customer support.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with tax laws, statutory accounting requirements, or legal demands from law enforcement authorities.

  • Consent: Where you have explicitly opted-in to receive promotional marketing communications (which you can withdraw at any time).

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third parties strictly necessary to deliver our services:

  • Apple Inc.: For validating in-app purchase receipts, managing active entitlements, and facilitating web-based Apple Pay authorization.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting infrastructure used to deliver the App content.

  • Customer Support and Analytics Tools: Platforms used exclusively to answer support inquiries at support@myprotector.org and analyze software bugs.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Upon account deletion or subscription termination, your data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless statutory retention periods apply.
